Covid Safety Precaution

We are committed to doing everything we can to keep you safe and protected. We want you to feel confident that everyone, including our staff, patients and providers, are taking the proper safety measures. Your health and safety are our #1 priority!

Due to our stringent safety precautions, providers’ schedules may change suddenly. These changes are due to erring on the side of caution if a provider is feeling unwell even if symptoms are not related to Covid-19. This may lead to more frequent cancellations or rescheduling of appointments than usual.

We appreciate your loyalty and patience during this time.

Please see below for an overview of the new procedures that we have added for your protection.

Environmental

We have installed an Air Treatment System with one of the best performing HEPA filters to continuously remove allergens and small airborne contaminants, such as viruses and bacteria. We have removed the self-serve coffee station to reduce potential contamination and to help facilitate our disinfection routine.

Extensive & Frequent Sanitation

We have implemented extensive sanitation protocol. All surfaces, door handles, bathrooms, break rooms and other common areas will be disinfected frequently with EPA-registered disinfectant. Disinfectants, hand sanitizer, and hand soap will be available to staff and patients at all times. Additionally, devices, equipment and each treatment room will be sanitized thoroughly between patients.

Reduced and Healthy Staff

Each employee coming into the office will be screened. Screening will include temperature & symptom checks. If anyone is exhibiting symptoms they will be asked to stay home. Staff will wear masks and eye protection or face shield, open doors for all patients, and wash hands between each patient interaction.

Temperature Checks & Screening

To follow the highest safety measures, we will be pre-screening our patients with a few medical questions over the phone the day before their appointments. If you are feeling ill on the day of the appointment, we ask that you reschedule your services for a later date. We will require patients to wear their face masks while at the office. Patient screening will include temperature checks upon entering. You will be asked to sign a COVID-19 Consent prior to your appointment.

Social Distancing

On the day of your appointment, please call us when you arrive in our parking lot and wait in your car, we will communicate with you to go through screening and safety procedures. We ask that you please come alone, if possible. Limiting the number of people in the office will help to maintain social distancing. We will be using markings to designate where patients should sit and stand to ensure all patients are six feet apart from one another. Our staff will escort patients directly to the treatment room or a sanitized seat in designated areas six feet apart. We will be staggering appointments for the entire clinic.

HIPAA Compliant Paperless Cloud Platform for Patient Records

Patients are now invited to access our online Patient Portal to complete forms and medical history PRIOR to their scheduled appointment. Virtual Consultations are also available to request through our website and the Patient Portal, as well as many other new features! Ask a member of La Bella for details.

Rescheduling

We will be reaching out to all patients whose appointments were affected by our closure, to reschedule their visits. We also invite you to contact us if you would like to make an appointment.
