Important Instructions for Laser Services – Please Read Before Your Appointment

• SHAVE THE TREATMENT AREA THE DAY OF OR DAY BEFORE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL

• DISCONTINUE tanning, including beds and self-tanners 1–2 weeks prior

• AVOID direct sun exposure for a minimum of 2 weeks before your appointment. If unavoidable, please use a minimum of SPF 30 sunscreen

• REMOVE any lotions, deodorant, & makeup prior to treatment

• AVOID any other hair removal technique (wax, thread, pluck, electrolysis) except shaving at least 3–4 weeks before your appointment

• PLEASE BE AWARE, clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding may not proceed with the treatment

• PLEASE BE AWARE, clients who have been on Accutane in the last 6 months cannot proceed with the treatment

• PLEASE BE AWARE; clients taking any medications/antibiotics that may cause photosensitivity cannot proceed with the treatment. CALL TO VERIFY

• PLEASE BE AWARE, clients cannot proceed with the treatment if the skin has been sunburnt

• PLEASE BE ADVISED, your last laser appointment must be at least 4 weeks past

• FOR ANY INJECTABLE APPOINTMENTS, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL TO RESCHEDULE IF YOU’VE BEEN TO THE DENTIST IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS

• IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH OR NON-HEALTH RELATED CONCERNS, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL OUR OFFICE

• IF ANY OF THE POINTS ABOVE APPLY TO YOU, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT
